Inclement Weather
Artists Garage Sale is a rain, shine, or wind event. Vendors agree to be available during Festival hours, regardless of weather. In preparation for possible inclement weather, Schack requires that all canopies are secured with a minimum of 40 pounds of weight on each corner. Although August typically has nice weather, it can get windy and even smoky, being prepared for any type of condition is important in the Northwest.
