Tube Setting of Faceted Stones

In this class, students will learn how to set 5mm faceted stones into sterling silver tubing. They will master the art of precision drilling with stone setting burrs and utilize stone setting punches to securely hold their stones in place. Additionally, students will create their very own stone pickup tool using broken burrs and beeswax.
This is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills while creating beautiful, custom jewelry!

In this class, students will learn how to set faceted stones with precision by using stone setting burrs for drilling. They will create their own beading tool to ensure a strong hold around the stone setting. Additionally, students will learn the technique of melting silver to create a backplate that securely holds the faceted stones in place.
