Bring your imagination to life in our puppet-making summer camp! This hands-on camp will teach you how to create your very own puppets using various materials. From fun fabric to colorful paints and craft supplies, students will learn how to design, build, and bring their puppets to life through play and storytelling.
Students will learn the basics of puppet-making, including how to create different types of puppets, like hand puppets, sock puppets, and marionettes. They’ll experiment with materials and techniques to design characters with their own unique personalities and features.
By the end of the camp, each child will have made several puppets, ready for a puppet show! Students will also have the opportunity to perform with their puppets and share their creative stories with the group.
Please remember to bring lunch and join us for a week of crafting, creativity, and fun as we bring puppets to life!
All supplies will be provided.
